By arranging an adjusting sliding seat, a positioning column and a positioning head, when lifting to a designated place is achieved, by adjusting the position of the positioning column, displacement of structures such as the lifting plate can be limited by utilizing blocking of the positioning column, shaking of the structures such as the lifting plate is effectively avoided, meanwhile, a steel beam and other steel structures can be reliably positioned, so that further mounting and fixing are facilitated.
