High-performance foamed asphalt in-situ cold recycling mixture
A high-performance foamed asphalt in-situ cold recycling mixture comprises the following raw materials: a first group of materials and a second group of materials, and the first group of materials comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of new aggregate, 1.5-2.0 parts of cement and 78-85 parts of asphalt mixture reclaimed material; the second group of materials comprises foamed asphalt and mixing water, the foamed asphalt is 1.5-3.0 parts by weight, and the addition amount of the mixing water enables the water content of the final regenerated mixture to be 3.6%-7.3%; the synthetic gradation determined by the asphalt mixture reclaimed material gradation, the new aggregate gradation and the cement gradation should meet the condition that the passing rate of 0.075 mm is not lower than 3.0%; and the recycled material gradation of the extracted asphalt mixture and the synthetic gradation composed of the new aggregate should meet the requirement that the passing rate of 4.75 mm is not higher than 45%. The cold recycling mixture has the advantages of being suitable for the surface layer of the heavy traffic asphalt pavement and capable of achieving synchronous paving.
