The invention discloses a foamed asphalt in-situ cold recycling mixture which comprises modified asphalt concrete, foamed asphalt and cement stabilized macadam, the invention relates to a grading method of a foamed asphalt in-situ cold-recycled mixture. The grading method comprises the following steps: preparing construction of a foamed asphalt recycling unit; construction preparation of an in-place cold regeneration unit; carrying out cold regeneration milling on the foamed asphalt, spreading aggregate, spreading cement, and further carrying out cold regeneration operation on the foamed asphalt; synchronous cement paving in-situ regeneration milling, stone spreading and cement spreading are carried out, and then synchronous cement paving cold regeneration operation is carried out; cement is synchronously paved for cold regeneration paving, and rolling operation is carried out after paving is completed; the foamed asphalt is subjected to cold recycling and paving, and rolling operation is conducted after paving is completed; and drilling to take out core samples of the base layer and the surface layer after maintenance for specified time, and observing. According to the invention, the paver is used for paving and then rolling, so that the uniformity of the mixture and the flatness of the pavement are ensured, the construction period is shortened, the core samples of the surface layer and the base layer can be taken out together, and prime coat oil does not need to be spread.
