Anti-splashing environment-friendly anhydrous stemming
The invention relates to the technical field of metallurgical refractory materials, in particular to anti-splashing environment-friendly anhydrous stemming. The anti-splashing environment-friendly anhydrous stemming is prepared from high-aluminum aggregate, silicon carbide particles, coke particles, high-aluminum fine powder, nanoscale silicon carbide micropowder, nanoscale aluminum oxide powder, nanoscale graphite powder, nanoscale silicon micropowder, clay and environment-friendly resin oil. The above raw materials are stirred and mixed according to a specific ratio to prepare the novel environment-friendly anhydrous stemming with anti-splashing effect; the plasticity of the anhydrous stemming is greatly improved by subverting the grain size composition of the traditional anhydrous stemming, tap hole channels and gaps of a blast furnace wall are more easily filled when the stemming is rammed, splashing caused by discharge of in-furnace flue gas in the gaps during tapping is reduced, and micro-pores of a stemming material can be filled with nano-scale micro-powder in the material; and meanwhile, sintering of the stemming can be promoted in a high-temperature working environment, so molten iron splashing during tapping of the blast furnace can be prevented, and the strength of the stemming is also effectively improved.
