The anti-splashing anhydrous stemming comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of brown aluminum oxide; 10 to 15 parts of ferrotitanium nitride; 10 to 15 parts of Guangxi clay; 15-25 parts of silicon carbide; 5 to 10 parts of coke; 5-10 parts of aluminum oxide; 8 parts of kyanite; 10-15 parts of a binding agent; ferrotitanium nitride is decomposed into part of titanium nitride in the tapping process, part of titanium nitride is decomposed and then reacts with oxygen to generate titanium oxide, titanium nitride has high strength, titanium oxide has certain viscosity at the high temperature and can block part of air holes, and therefore the stemming is more compact; the influence of splashing and smoking caused by gas leakage during blast furnace tapping on the environment can be effectively inhibited; the anti-splashing anhydrous stemming provided by the invention has the characteristics of high strength, high viscosity, capability of blocking part of air holes, compactness and the like, can effectively inhibit splashing, smoking and the like caused by gas leakage during tapping, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
