A multi-directional displacement anti-seismic facility device for a bridge comprises an upper pre-embedded steel bar, a middle multi-directional displacement control box and a lower pre-embedded steel bar. The multi-directional displacement control box is of a cuboid cavity structure and comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and side plates which are all formed by welding steel plates. The top plate and the bottom plate are correspondingly provided with sliding long slotted holes which are through up and down, and the bottom end, provided with an external thread, of the upper pre-embedded steel bar extends into the sliding long slotted holes of the top plate and is connected with the top plate through a mounting base plate and a nut; the top end, with external threads, of the lower embedded steel bar extends into the sliding long slotted hole of the bottom plate and is connected with the bottom plate through a mounting base plate and a nut; and the upper pre-embedded steel bar and the lower pre-embedded steel bar are respectively connected with the sliding slotted hole of the middle multi-directional displacement control box in a movable fit manner. Deformation caused by normal temperature change in the longitudinal direction of a bridge does not have the blocking phenomenon, and the requirement for simultaneous large horizontal displacement in the transverse bridge direction and the longitudinal bridge direction of the bridge using the friction pendulum support is met under the action of earthquake loads.
