The invention provides a movable folding type under-beam construction platform and a construction method thereof. The movable folding type under-beam construction platform comprises a plurality of bridge deck slab beams located below a bridge deck slab and used for supporting the bridge deck slab, each bridge deck slab beam comprises a vertical supporting rib plate and a lower flange plate fixed to the lower portion of the supporting rib plate, and a bearing platform is placed between every two adjacent bridge deck slab beams; the bearing platform comprises two platform supporting plates, the bottoms of the opposite ends of the platform supporting plates are hinged through hinges, hanging rings capable of binding pull ropes are arranged on the upper portions of the opposite ends of the platform supporting plates, and walking wheels arranged on the adjacent lower flange plates are arranged at the bottoms of the platform supporting plates. The construction platform is low in cost. The bearing platform is formed by assembling and splicing a pair of platform supporting plates, and through the assembly type structure, manufacturing is easy, material taking is convenient, labor and material input is reduced, repeated utilization can be achieved, and the under-beam construction efficiency can be improved.
