The invention relates to acoustic board processing, in particular to a lightweight porous ceramsite concrete acoustic board and a preparation process thereof. The light porous ceramsite concrete acoustic board comprises an upper containing groove and a lower containing cavity. A plurality of small containing cavities are distributed in the lower containing cavity through sound absorption strips, ceramsite concrete is arranged in the upper containing groove, and the end face of the ceramsite concrete is in a wave shape. The preparation technology comprises the following steps: 1, placing the plate-shaped structure on a table top; 2, uniformly distributing the sound-absorbing cotton strips on the plate shape; 3, pressing the sound-absorbing cotton to form a groove; 4, fixedly connecting the shell to the plate-shaped structure to form a plurality of small containing cavities and a groove, wherein the small containing cavities and the groove are located on the lower portion and the upper portion respectively, and the groove is used for being communicated with the small containing cavities; 5, pouring the ceramsite concrete into the groove, wherein the upper end face of the ceramsite concrete is provided with an arc face when the ceramsite concrete is formed.
