Regenerated ceramsite for lightweight aggregate concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and provides recycled ceramsite for lightweight aggregate concrete and a preparation process thereof.The recycled ceramsite is prepared from, by weight, 20-25 parts of solid building waste, 5-15 parts of slag/diatomite compound, 4-6 parts of fly ash, 2-3 parts of agricultural waste and 0.2-1 part of composite fibers.The recycled ceramsite has the advantages that existing waste resources are utilized, raw materials are reasonably selected, and the recycled ceramsite is prepared; the ratio is optimized, and the prepared regenerated ceramic is low in water absorption rate, high in cylinder compressive strength, stable in structure and high in strength, has excellent mechanical properties, is applied to concrete products, remarkably improves the compressive strength, is good in water seepage prevention effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
本发明涉及混凝土领域,提出了一种轻骨料混凝土用再生陶粒及其制备工艺,包括以下重量份数组分:固体建筑废弃物20‑25份、矿渣/硅藻土复合物5‑15份、粉煤灰4‑6份、农业废弃物2‑3份、复合纤维0.2‑1份,本申请利用现有废弃资源,合理选配原料,优化配比,制得的再生陶瓷吸水率底且筒压强度高,结构稳定高强,具有优异的力学性能,应用于混凝土制品中,显著提高了抗压强度,防渗水效果好,值得推广应用。
