Mechanical compaction and grouting construction method for cast-in-place pile bottom sediment treatment
The invention relates to a mechanical compaction and grouting construction method for cast-in-place pile bottom sediment treatment. The method comprises the following construction steps that S1, a hydraulic pushing grouting device and a high-pressure grouting device are fixed at the bottom end of a reinforcement cage, and the reinforcement cage is hanged and placed into a designed depth position in a pile hole; S2, pouring is carried out on the pile hole through a concrete guide pipe to form a reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile; S3, after the cast-in-place pile is maintained for 1-3 days, a hydraulic station is started to downwards push a pressing plate in a hydraulic extrusion device in the axial direction of the cast-in-place pile, and a concrete and sediment mixture at the bottom of the cast-in-place pile is strongly compacted and compacted; S4, the concrete pile section at the bottom of the cast-in-place pile can generate a transverse crack space, and cement paste is subjected to high-pressure grouting to the crack space and the pile side through a grouting pipeline under the high-pressure effect until the standard is reached; and S5, after high-pressure grouting is conducted for several days, compaction and solidification of the concrete and sediment mixture at the bottom of the cast-in-place pile can be completed.
