The invention discloses a construction method of a concrete ramming expanded head pile in a backfill site. A process of drilling first and then sinking a pipe is adopted, and a dry and hard concrete expanded head is expanded on the bottom end of a pile, so that the bearing capacity of a single pile is greatly increased. According to the construction method, a movable steel end sealing plate is connected to the bottom end of a pile pipe through a hinged shaft, during construction, the end sealing plate is opened in a hole through self weight, and the closing of the end sealing plate in the hole is achieved through a spring which is arranged on the hinged shaft and hammering of the pile pipe or a traction rope which is arranged on the end sealing plate. The traction rope can be arranged in the pile pipe and can also be arranged outside the pile pipe, if the traction rope is arranged outside the pile pipe, a steel pipe must be arranged to protect the traction rope, if the underground water level is high, a circular ring is arranged on the inner side of the end sealing plate, and a circle of soft rope or soft belt is wound on the outer side of the circular ring, so that water in the hole is effectively prevented from entering the pile pipe, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开一种在回填场地混凝土夯扩大头桩的施工方法,采用先钻孔后沉管工艺,并且在桩底端挤扩一个干硬性混凝土扩大头,从而大大提高单桩承载力。本发明是在桩管底端铰轴连接一个活动的钢制封头板,施工时,封头板靠自重在孔内打开,封头板在孔内关闭靠铰轴上设有的弹簧及锤击桩管实现或在封头板上设置牵引绳实现。该牵引绳可以设置在桩管内,也可以设置在桩管外,如果设置在桩管外必须设置一根钢管保护牵引绳,如果地下水位高,该封头板内侧设置一个圆环,圆环外侧绕一圈软绳或软带,有效的防止孔中水进入桩管内,从而保证施工质量。
