The invention relates to the technical field of foundation construction, in particular to a tubular pile grouting, ramming and bottom expanding construction method which can enable cement paste and filler to diffuse to the surrounding stratum of a pile bottom, and the cement paste generates splitting, permeating and cementation calcification effects on the surrounding stratum. And finally, the cement paste and the filler form an expanded head at the bottom of the pile end and are tightly combined with the stratum, so that the single-pile bearing capacity of the pipe pile is large, and the safety of a building on the pipe pile can be guaranteed, and the pipe pile grouting, ramming and bottom expanding construction method comprises the following steps that the pile tip of the pipe pile enters a soil bearing stratum; the pile tip sinks and is separated from the pile body of the tubular pile, and a cavity is formed between the bottom surface of the pile body and the top surface of the pile tip; filling materials are injected into the cavity; and the filling material is tamped to form an expanded head.
