The glass is arranged at the position, close to the middle, of the inner surface of the frame, and the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism are arranged at the positions, close to the front side and the rear side of the glass, in the frame correspondingly; and the first cleaning mechanism comprises a first cleaning plate, first cleaning cotton, a first connecting block and first sliding blocks, first notches are formed in the positions, close to the rear end, of the two sides of the inner surface of the frame, first sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the inner surface of each first notch, and the first sliding blocks are slidably connected into the first sliding grooves. According to the heat insulation door and window, by arranging the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism, the outer surfaces of the two sides of glass can be cleaned at the same time, so that the light transmitting effect of the glass is improved, the cleaning cost is reduced, and the using effect of the device is improved.
