The ladder stand rest platform device comprises a rest platform plate, ladder stand supporting assemblies arranged on the two sides of a ladder stand, an upper mounting plate unit arranged on the ladder stand and located above the ladder stand supporting assemblies, and a locking handle and a connecting rod assembly arranged on one side of the ladder stand; one side of the rest platform plate is hinged to the ladder stand supporting assemblies located below the rest platform plate through a hinged shaft; the hinged shaft and the connecting rod assembly are arranged on the same side of the ladder stand; the connecting rod assembly comprises an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod which are connected in a hinged mode; the upper part of the upper connecting rod is rotationally arranged on the upper mounting plate unit through a rotating shaft; the lower part of the lower connecting rod is hinged to the rest platform plate through a rotating shaft; the rest platform plate has a using state and a folded state; and the locking handle is used for driving the connecting rod assembly to enable the rest platform plate to rotate around the hinged shaft.
