The invention discloses a tower tube ladder stand support which comprises a supporting assembly and a ladder stand assembly, the supporting assembly is made of concrete in a pouring mode and suitable for being arranged on the inner wall face of a tower tube, and at least part of the supporting assembly extends along the radius of the tower tube. The ladder stand assembly is arranged on the supporting assembly and extends in the extending direction of the tower drum, and the ladder stand assembly is used for maintenance personnel to climb and serves as an elevator guide rail. The tower drum ladder stand support has the advantages of being good in integrity, large in rigidity, high in production efficiency and capable of saving cost.
