The invention relates to the technical field of aerated brick preparation, and discloses a preparation method of a novel aerated brick. The method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing fly ash, desulfurized gypsum, mirabilite and water, and controlling the weight ratio of water to dry materials to be (2.3-4.3): 2 to prepare slurry; (2) transferring the slurry into a stirring device, then adding quick lime and blast furnace mineral powder, stirring, then adding aluminum powder and carbide slag, and stirring; (3) injecting the mixed slurry into a mold box, and then transferring into a curing chamber for foaming and curing; (4) after a blank body meets the cutting requirement, transferring the mold to a cutting area, and cutting the blank body to reach the set specification; (5) scraping the waste material by a peeling device to obtain a building block blank body; and (6) feeding the building block blank body into an autoclave for autoclaved curing. According to the method, the cost is saved, the solid waste utilization rate is high, the aerated brick prepared through the method is free of surface defects, the kettle outlet strength is larger than or equal to 3.8 MPa, and the national standard is met.
本发明涉及加气块砖制备技术领域,公开了一种新型加气块砖的制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、芒硝和水混合,控制水与干料的重量比为2.3‑4.3:2,制得浆料;(2)将浆料转入搅拌装置,然后加入生石灰和高炉矿粉,搅拌,接着加入铝粉和电石渣,搅拌;(3)将混合浆料注入模箱,然后转入静养室发泡静养;(4)坯体达到切割要求后将模具转移至切割区,坯体经过切割达到设定规格;(5)由去皮装置将废料刮去,得到砌块坯体;(6)将砌块坯体送入蒸压釜内进行蒸压养护。该方法不仅节约成本,固废利用率高,而且采用本发明所述的方法制备的加气块砖表面无缺陷,且出釜强度≥3.8MPa,符合国家标准。
