Method for rapidly separating recycled coarse aggregate mortar
The invention discloses a method for rapidly separating recycled coarse aggregate mortar. The method comprises the following steps: heating recycled coarse aggregate, soaking the recycled coarse aggregate in cold water to gradually separate mortar from natural coarse aggregate, and repeatedly heating and soaking to finally remove the mortar. The time for separating the recycled coarse aggregate mortar is short, and the recycled coarse aggregate mortar can be removed within one day. The natural coarse aggregate and the mortar can be completely separated by heating and cooling the recycled aggregate for about 10 times. The operation is simple and feasible, and other redundant operations are not needed. Chemical reagents are not wasted, and secondary pollution is avoided after treatment. Some recycled coarse aggregate mortar needs to be separated by using acid to dissolve mortar wrapped outside recycled aggregate, and chemical pollution can be caused by excessive consumption and poor treatment of the acid.
