Adhesive mortar special for self-anti-cracking ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete)
The invention discloses adhesive mortar special for self-anti-cracking ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete). The adhesive mortar is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 50 to 62 percent of sand, 32.5 to 40 percent of cement, 1 to 2 percent of redispersible latex powder, 1.5 to 2 percent of polypropylene fiber, 0.5 to 1 percent of acrylic ester, 1 to 1.5 percent of cellulose ether and 1.5 to 3.5 percent of styrene-butadiene emulsion. Through mutal cooperation of different components, the adhesive mortar has good water-retaining property, high adhesive strength and strong anti-cracking capability, the water-retaining property of the adhesive mortar can be greatly improved by adding the cellulose ether, hydroxyl groups on cellulose ether molecules and oxygen atoms on ether bonds can be associated with water molecules to form hydrogen bonds, free water is changed into bound water, and thus good water retention effect is achieved. The added polypropylene fiber can improve the toughness and the fatigue resistance of the adhesive mortar so as to significantly reduce the number of the cracks and reduce the possibility of the generation of the through cracks, and the added redispersible latex powder, the added styrene-butadiene emulsion and the added acrylate can improve the adhesive property of the mortar and improve the wear resistance of the mortar.
