The invention relates to the technical field of modified asphalt, in particular to polymer composite modified asphalt and a highway pavement structure thereof, and solves the problem that polymer composite modified asphalt suitable for repairing damaged pavements needs to be improved in the prior art. Three different kinds of polymer composite modified asphalt are arranged in the pavement repairing area so that the patching pavement structure can be better overlapped and matched with the pavement patching area, the situation that the repairing pavement and an old pavement structure are fractured is reduced, the stability, toughness and waterproof performance of the repairing pavement structure are improved, according to the pavement repairing mode, the related old pavement structure area is small, the occupation of the usable area of the old pavement is reduced, and the usability and the practicability of the pavement repairing mode are improved.
