Preventive maintenance pavement structure for highway asphalt pavement and cold paving construction method thereof
The invention discloses a preventive maintenance pavement structure of a highway asphalt pavement and a cold paving construction method of the preventive maintenance pavement structure, the pavement structure is a'two-oil and one-stone 'seal coat structure formed by emulsified asphalt and aggregate with a single particle size, the thickness of the pavement structure is 3-7mm, and the pavement structure can be constructed by adopting a synchronous chip sealer at normal temperature. According to the device, by arranging the air exhaust assembly, an air exhaust machine is started under the condition that the air temperature is low, so that hot air gathered in a collecting cover is pumped into a coil pipe in a heat preservation box through the air exhaust machine, then a material scattering pipe is heated, and when stone slides upwards along the inner wall of the material scattering pipe, the stone can be heated by the material scattering pipe; on one hand, the heated stone can accelerate demulsification of the emulsified asphalt and shorten the maintenance time; and on the other hand, when the compression roller rolls over the top of the stone, the wrapping property with the emulsified asphalt is improved, so that the adhesiveness of the stone and the emulsified asphalt is ensured.
本发明公开了一种公路沥青路面预防性养护路面结构及其冷铺施工方法,该所述路面结构是由乳化沥青和单一粒径的骨料形成的“两油一石”的封层结构,其厚度为3‑7mm,在常温下即能够采用同步碎石封层车进行施工。本发明通过设有抽气组件,在气温较低的情况下,启动抽气机,从而将聚集在收集罩内的热气通过抽气机抽入到保温盒中的盘管内,进而对撒料管进行加热,从而当石料沿着撒料管的内壁向上滑动时,石料能够被撒料管进行加热,加热后的石料一方面能加快乳化沥青的破乳,缩短养护时间;另一方面,当压辊轧过石料顶部时,有利于提高与乳化沥青的包裹性,从而保证石料与乳化沥青的黏附性。
