Hydraulic-pressure-free hybrid power excavator based on torque motors
The invention relates to a hydraulic-pressure-free hybrid power excavator based on torque motors, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. The hydraulic-pressure-free hybrid power excavator comprises a diesel engine, a battery pack, a working device and a driving device, wherein the driving device comprises a movable arm driving motor and speed reducer assembly, a bucket rod driving motor and speed reducer assembly, a bucket driving motor and speed reducer assembly, a rotation driving motor and speed reducer assembly and a walking driving motor and speed reducer assembly; the diesel engine works in a high-efficiency area and is used for charging the battery pack without an external power supply; batteries store electric energy and can replace a steel counterweight part of a traditional hydraulic excavator; the driving device drives working devices to rotate by driving the efficient torque motors at all the positions and reducing the speed and increasing the torque through a planetary reducer; and the working device is used for completing actual excavating action. According to the transmission mode of the hybrid power excavator, the torque motors drive planetary gear reducers to complete mechanical transmission, and the transmission efficiency is greatly improved compared with hydraulic transmission.
