The invention discloses a frame shear wall building. The frame shear wall building comprises a bottom beam, the upper surface of the bottom beam is fixedly connected with a combined shear wall and frame columns, the two ends of the combined shear wall are fixedly connected with the frame columns correspondingly, the upper surface of the combined shear wall is fixedly connected with a top beam, an electromagnet device groove is formed in the interior of the bottom beam, and the bottom of the electromagnet device groove is fixedly connected with an electromagnet device. According to the frame shear wall building, an on-wall reinforcing part and an under-wall reinforcing part are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion, bearing the largest shearing force in an earthquake, of the shear wall correspondingly, and therefore a shear wall body can be effectively prevented from cracking; and an electrorheological fluid pipe is arranged in the interior of the shear wall body, the electromagnet device is arranged in the interior of the bottom beam, the electrorheological fluid pipe and the electromagnet device are connected with an adjustable power supply, the current of the adjustable power supply is adjusted according to the earthquake grade, liquid in the electrorheological fluid pipe is changed into solid, the electromagnet device generates corresponding magnetism to adsorb the shear wall, and therefore the earthquake resistance of the frame shear wall building is improved.
