The invention discloses a prefabricated plate and prefabricated platform for bored pile construction and a manufacturing method of the prefabricated plate. The prefabricated plate is used for carrying out concrete hardening on a construction area. The drilling machine prefabricated platform is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated plates; each prefabricated plate comprises a plate body, a wrapping edge and a base; each plate body is provided with a pile position hole and a circulation channel extending to the side face of the plate body from the pile position hole; the shape of each wrapping edge is the same as that of the outline of the corresponding plate body; each wrapping edge is provided with a wrapping groove with an inward opening; and the edge of each plate body is wrapped by the wrapping groove. The prefabricated plates in one-to-one correspondence with pile positions are manufactured in advance, the prefabricated plates with the same number as the pile positions are selected to be assembled into the prefabricated platform on the construction site, the prefabricated platform is disassembled after construction is completed, all the prefabricated plates can still be applied to construction of a next bored pile, time is saved, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于钻孔桩施工的预制板、预制平台及预制板的制作方法,用于对施工区域进行混凝土硬化。钻机预制平台由多个预制板拼接而成,预制板包括板体、包边、底座,所述板体具有一个桩位孔和从所述桩位孔延伸至所述板体侧面的流通通道;所述包边围合成与所述板体轮廓相同的形状,所述包边具有开口朝内的包覆槽,所述板体的边缘通过所述包覆槽进行包覆。本发明通过预先制作与桩位一一对应的预制板,施工现场选用与桩位数量向同的预制板拼装成预制平台,施工完成后将预制平台拆开,各预制板仍然可以应用于下一个钻孔桩施工,节约了时间,降低了成本。
