The device comprises a machine table, a through hole allowing a sheet pile to penetrate through is formed in the machine table, sliding plates are slidably connected to the positions, on the two sides of the through hole, of the machine table, first groove plates used for holding the sheet pile are perpendicularly arranged on the two sliding plates, the inner contour of each first groove plate is matched with the outer contour of the sheet pile, and an oil cylinder used for driving the sliding plates to move is arranged on the machine table; fixing plates are connected to the two ends of the machine table in the length direction, the two fixing plates are supported on the ground, a center hole jack is vertically fixed to the two fixing plates, a positioning rod is arranged in the center hole jack in a penetrating mode, and a middle sleeve is arranged at the end of a piston of the center hole jack; the middle sleeve is provided with a linkage assembly used for pulling the positioning rod to move along with a piston of the center hole jack. By fixing the whole device and guiding the pile body during pile sinking, the precision of the perpendicularity of the pile body after pile sinking is improved.
