The invention discloses a safe building construction method under a low-temperature condition in winter. The safe building construction method comprises the following steps of (S1) bundling a reinforcing mesh, and horizontally laying a layer of electric heating wire mesh in the reinforcing mesh; (S2) pouring concrete, wherein the concrete pouring temperature is 5 to 10 DEG C; (S3) tamping the concrete, and heating the concrete in the tamping process by using a heating element; (S4) maintaining the concrete: erecting a steam pipe above the tamped concrete, laying a layer of plastic film on the outer part of the steam pipe, and laying a heat preservation material on the outer part of the plastic film; and (S5) opening the electric heating wire net so as to heat the interior of the concrete, opening the steam pipe so as to heat and maintain the upper part of the concrete, and turning on a heating device which is fixedly arranged below a formwork where the concrete is poured so as to heat and maintain the lower part of the concrete. By adopting the safe building construction method under the low-temperature condition in winter, the problems of low concrete solidification rate and cracks which are easy to generate due to the low temperature in winter can be solved.
本发明公开了一种冬季低温条件下的安全建筑施工方法,包括:S1、钢筋网的捆扎,在钢筋网的内部水平的铺设有一层电加热丝网;S2、混凝土的浇筑,混凝土的浇筑温度为5‑10℃;S3、混凝土捣实,捣实过程中采用加热元件对混凝土进行加热;S4、混凝土养护,在捣实后的混凝土的上方架设蒸汽管,在蒸汽管的外部铺设一层塑料薄膜,并在塑料薄膜的外部铺设保温材料;S5、打开电加热丝网对混凝土内部进行加热,打开蒸汽管对混凝土的上方进行加热养护,打开浇筑混凝土的模板下方固定设置的加热装置对混凝土的下方进行加热养护。本发明采用上述冬季低温条件下的安全建筑施工方法,能够解决因冬季温度比较低造成混凝土凝固速率低,容易产生裂缝的问题。
