The invention discloses a method for installing a steel roof truss of a cement clinker repository. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a ring beam support is arranged at the middle position of a concrete silo of the clinker repository; secondly, three chain hoists are arranged on the ring beam supporting frame from bottom to top and are tensioned through steel wire ropes; then, roof trusses which are assembled on the bottom face in advance are sequentially hoisted to the top of the silo and are symmetrically installed in a staggered mode; and finally, after all the roof trusses are hoisted, the ring beam supporting frames are dismantled, and connecting beams between the roof trusses are installed. According to the method, the ring beam supporting frame adopts the standard tower sections, materials are convenient to take, the measure material consumption is low, the erecting and dismantling speed is high, the ring beam supporting frame can be repeatedly used, and the effect is more obvious when a plurality of clinker repository roof trusses are constructed.
本发明公开了一种水泥熟料储存库钢屋架安装方法,首先,在熟料储存库混凝土筒仓中间位置设置环梁支撑架;其次,在环梁支撑架上从下到上设置3道手动葫芦,并用钢丝绳张紧;然后,依次将预先在底面组装好的屋架吊装至筒仓顶,并对称交错安装;最后,吊装完所有屋架后,拆除环梁支撑架,并安装屋架之间的连系梁。环梁支撑架采用标准塔节,取材方便,措施材料消耗少,搭设、拆除速度快,且可重复利用,在多座熟料储存库屋架施工时效果更为明显。
