Method for preparing amorphous nano dicalcium silicate by hydrothermal method
The invention relates to a method for preparing amorphous nano dicalcium silicate by a hydrothermal method, and belongs to the technical field of silicate material preparation. The method specifically comprises the following steps of: respectively preparing calcium acetate and potassium silicate or other soluble substances containing calcium or silicon as a calcium source and a silicon source into solutions according to the mass concentration of 20%-40%, putting the two solutions into an autoclave, increasing the temperature to 80-150 DEG C in a drying oven, keeping the temperature for 20-40 minutes, mixing the two solutions, carrying out hydrothermal reaction for 5-24 hours at constant temperature and constant pressure, opening the oven, taking out the autoclave, filtering and washing the precipitate in the solution, and drying the precipitate at 50-80 DEG C to obtain the amorphous dicalcium silicate. The method is simple in process, the product purity is high, the particle diameter is 10-30 nm, the specific surface area is 1500-2200 m<2>/g, the product test block strength is high, the 3d curing compressive strength reaches 30-40 MPa, the 7d curing compressive strength reaches 45-55 MPa, and the 28d curing compressive strength reaches 60-70 MPa.
本发明的一种水热法制备无定形纳米硅酸二钙的方法,属于硅酸盐材料制备技术领域。具体过程为:使用醋酸钙和硅酸钾或其他含钙或硅的可溶性物质分别作为钙源和硅源,将二者按照20%‑40%的质量浓度分别配成溶液,将两溶液放在放入高压釜内,在烘箱中恒温至80‑150℃,保温20‑40min后,将二者混合,等温等压下进行水热反应5‑24h,打开烘箱,取出高压釜,将溶液中的沉淀过滤洗涤,50‑80℃干燥,即得无定形硅酸二钙。该方法工艺简单,产品纯度高,颗粒直径为10‑30nm,比表面积为1500‑2200m2/g,产物试块强度高,3d养化抗压强度达到30‑40MPa,7d养化抗压强度达到45‑55MPa,28d养化抗压强度达到60‑70MPa。
