Waste concrete recycling system and method and product thereof
The invention discloses a waste concrete recycling system and method and a product thereof. The method comprises the following steps: sorting waste concrete and conducting crushing to obtain recycled coarse aggregate; carrying out ball milling, separating bone slurry and conducting screening to obtain regenerated stones and regenerated dry mortar; and subjecting the recycled dry mortar to ball milling, conducting mortar separation and screening to obtain recycled sand and recycled cement, adopting the recycled stones, the recycled sand and the recycled cement according to a determined mixing proportion, an adding an additive and water for mixing to prepare fully-recycled concrete, and after the fully-recycled concrete serves, dismantling and returning the fully-recycled concrete to a sorting and crushing step. According to the method, the waste concrete is used as a raw material, separation is performed by adopting a method of combining crushing and high-temperature ball milling, high-quality regenerated stones, regenerated sand and regenerated cement which can be directly sold are obtained, meanwhile, a full-regenerated concrete product can be obtained by adopting all the products, and after the full-regenerated concrete serves, the sorting and crushing steps continue to be performed; and the method has the advantages of being green, energy-saving and emission-reducing.
本发明公开了一种废弃混凝土回收利用系统、方法及其产物。方法包括:分拣废弃混凝土并破碎得到再生粗骨料;球磨,骨浆分离并筛分得到再生石子和再生干砂浆;将再生干砂浆球磨,砂浆分离并筛分得到再生砂和再生水泥,根据确定的配合比采用再生石子、再生砂和再生水泥,添加外加剂和拌和用水,制备得到全再生混凝土,当全再生混凝土服役结束后,拆除并返回分拣破碎步骤。本发明以废弃混凝土作为原料,采用破碎、高温球磨相结合方法进行分离,得到高品质可直接外售的再生石子、再生砂子和再生水泥,同时采用以上全部产物可得全再生混凝土产物,全再生混凝土服役后继续分拣破碎步骤,从而实现建筑垃圾资源化循环利用,具有绿色、节能减排优点。
