The invention provides a prefabricated building material concrete composite additive and concrete. The composite additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of calcium nitrite, 2-5 parts of triisopropanolamine, and 2-5 parts of nano crystal nucleus. Further preferably, 6-8 parts of pinus thunbergii fibers, 3-5 parts of songarus apetalus fibers and 1-2 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether are added. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 to 160 parts of water, 290 to 310 parts of cement, 60 to 70 parts of coal ash, 90 to 100 parts of mineral powder, 700 to 750 parts of machine-made sand, 1000 to 1100 parts of shaping stone and 12 to 18 parts of a composite additive. The prefabricated building material concrete prepared from the composite additive is high in compressive strength, low in thermal expansion coefficient and suitable for high-temperature weather, and the prepared prefabricated building material concrete is good in performance and can resist high-strength typhoon and high-temperature sea wind erosion.
本发明提供一种装配式建筑材料混凝土复合添加剂及其混凝土,所述复合添加剂,包括以下重量份的原料:亚硝酸钙3‑10份、三异丙醇胺2‑5份、纳米晶核2‑5份。进一步优选加入黑松纤维6‑8份、无瓣海桑纤维3‑5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1‑2份。所述混凝土由以下重量份原料制得:水150‑160份、水泥290‑310份、煤灰60‑70份、矿粉90‑100份、机制砂700‑750份、整形石1000‑1100份、复合添加剂12‑18份。采用本发明复合添加剂制备装配式建筑材料混凝土,抗压强度高,热膨胀系数低,适应高温天气,制得装配式建筑材料混凝土性能良好,能够抵抗高强度台风,而且能够抵抗高温海风侵蚀。
