Foamed concrete carbon sequestration method
The invention provides a foamed concrete carbon sequestration method which comprises the following steps of: mixing crushed solid wastes with cement, and stirring the mixed raw materials and hot water to obtain hot slurry; introducing treated clean flue gas generated by a boiler into the hot slurry to enable CO2 in the clean flue gas to react with the hot slurry and complete a cement foaming process; injecting the foamed slurry into a shaping mold for foaming and solidification; feeding the foamed brick obtained after solidification into a carbonation curing chamber, and introducing clean flue gas into the carbonation curing chamber to enable CO2 in the clean flue gas to conduct carbonation curing on the foamed brick; and carrying out autoclaved curing and drying on the foamed brick subjected to carbonation curing by utilizing steam generated by the boiler or steam extracted by a steam turbine. Clean flue gas discharged by a boiler is directly introduced into concrete slurry, aeration and bubble reaction are utilized, and then a hardening reaction is performed for a certain time, so that the foamed concrete brick for directly fixing flue gas and CO2 is formed, and capture, storage and utilization of CO2 in the flue gas are realized at low cost.
