The high-toughness white porcelain comprises a white porcelain blank and a blank glaze. The white porcelain blank is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of mullite fiber powder, 40 to 50 parts of SiO2, 20 to 30 parts of Al2O3, 1 to 3 parts of Fe2O3, 0.5 to 1 part of TiO2, 0.5 to 1 part of CaO, 0.5 to 1 part of MgO, 3 to 6 parts of K2O, 3 to 7 parts of Na2O, 8 to 12 parts of ZnO and 7 to 10 parts of B2O3. The blank glaze is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 45 to 55 parts of potassium feldspar, 16 to 23 parts of calcite, 45 to 65 parts of kaolin, 10 to 15 parts of calcined kaolin, 2 to 3 parts of calcined talc, 7 to 10 parts of ZnO and 5 to 8 parts of BN. The white porcelain has the advantages that the silica sol is added into the material of the blank as a raw material, when the silica sol of the blank is fired, silicon dioxide is combined with mullite fibers, and the toughness effect of the white porcelain blank is improved by utilizing a method of reinforcing the blank by the fibers. Secondly, a multilayer glaze structure is adopted, and zirconium oxide and boron nitride are added into the glaze, and the toughness of the white procelain is improved. Through combination of the two modes, the toughness and hardness of the white porcelain can be greatly improved.
