The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a sintering aid; 2, carrying out ball milling treatment on aluminum nitride and the sintering aid according to a ball-to-material ratio of (10-30): 1 for 1-14 hours; 3, drying the powder obtained in the step 2, putting the dried powder into a mold, and keeping the powder in a sintering furnace at a certain temperature and a certain pressure for a certain time; and 4, cooling and demolding to obtain the high-thermal-conductivity ceramic sheet. The AlN ceramic prepared by the method has the advantages of low cost, simplicity in operation, high strength and the like.
