The invention relates to a construction method of a foam concrete backfill embankment in a karst area. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, the drilling position of a pilot hole is measured and determined; 2, drilling is conducted before construction; 3, the karst caves are classified, and the small karst caves are grouted in advance; 4, the large-span karst cave is constructed; 5, the non-groundwater funnel-shaped deep sinkhole is constructed; 6, the funnel-shaped sinkhole is constructed; 7, the uncovering type karst cave is constructed; and 8, the cutting uncovering type karst cave is constructed. The method has the beneficial effects that aiming at the large-span karst cave with the top plate large in thickness, the prefabricated concrete columns and the cast-in-place prefabricated foam concrete formworks which are in temporary lap joint are adopted, the method can be suitable for the karst cave with the large height, meanwhile, the construction efficiency in the cave is improved, and waste of concrete pouring in the karst cave is reduced.
本发明涉及岩溶地区泡沫混凝土回填路堤的施工方法,包括步骤:步骤一、测量确定先导孔的钻孔位置;步骤二、施工前进行钻孔;步骤三、将溶洞进行分类,发育较小溶洞先行注浆;步骤四、对大跨度溶洞进行施工;步骤五、对无地下水漏斗型深落水洞进行施工;步骤六、对漏斗型落水洞进行施工;步骤七、对揭盖型溶洞进行施工;步骤八、对路堑揭盖型溶洞进行施工。本发明的有益效果是:针对顶板厚度较大的大跨度溶洞,通过采用预制混凝土柱和临时搭接的现浇预制泡沫混凝土模板,可适用于具有较大高度的溶洞,同时提高洞内的施工效率,并减少了溶洞浇灌混凝土的浪费。
