According to the capping beam platform assembling and disassembling method, high-altitude disassembling operation of the capping beam platform is converted into ground disassembling operation, the operation safety of constructors is guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, the safety risk of disassembling of the capping beam platform is greatly reduced, and the construction cost is saved.
