The invention discloses a movable material loading and unloading platform, a self-propelled platform is arranged on the loading and unloading platform, a weight sensor and a controller are arranged on the self-propelled platform, the weight sensor senses and measures the weight of materials on the self-propelled platform, the controller adjusts the maximum weight sensing value of the weight sensor, and the maximum weight sensing value of the weight sensor is adjusted. Starting and stopping of the moving driving piece are controlled through the controller, when the weight of materials on the self-walking platform is within the maximum weight sensing value range of the weight sensor, the controller can start the moving driving piece to move so as to drive the self-walking platform to automatically move to the position to be hoisted on the loading and unloading platform, manual pushing is not needed to enable the self-walking platform to move, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. The defect that the working efficiency is reduced due to traditional manual carrying is overcome, and the labor intensity of operators is effectively reduced; when the weight of the materials exceeds the maximum induction value, the controller is pressed to enable the moving driving piece to be started, the weight of the conveyed materials can be limited, hidden dangers caused by overweight of the materials are avoided, and the use safety of the material loading and unloading platform is improved.
