The invention provides a reinforcing structure based on application of prestress on a highway bridge deck layer, relates to the technical field of reinforcing structures, and aims to solve the problems that when an existing reinforcing structure for applying prestress to the bridge floor layer of the highway bridge is used, the reinforcing structure swings or vibrates due to vehicle driving and wind power, so that a mounting steel beam and a supporting seat are loosened, meanwhile, the problems that a connecting structure is complex, a reinforcing structure is troublesome to install, use and operate, manual assembling efficiency is low, steel is usually used for reinforcing, environmental protection and material saving are not facilitated, the reinforcing length is not easy to adjust, and reinforcing and using cannot be achieved according to bridge bodies of different widths are solved. The reinforcing structure comprises a bridge plate structure layer, a reinforcing beam plate is arranged at the bottom end of the bridge plate structure layer, and a supporting seat is arranged at the bottom of the reinforcing beam plate; and three carbon fiber plates are arranged below the reinforcing beam plate. The positions of the sliding blocks can be adjusted in the mounting rails, positioning is conducted through the limiting holes and the limiting bolts, and therefore reinforcing use of different bridges is met, and the structure is more reasonable.
本发明提供一种基于在公路桥梁桥面层施加预应力的加固结构,涉及加固结构技术领域,以解决现有的公路桥梁桥面层施加预应力的加固结构在使用时,由于车辆行驶及风力会使加固结构摆动或震动,导致安装钢梁和支撑座发生松动,同时其连接结构复杂,加固结构安装使用操作比较麻烦,人工组装效率较低,而且通常使用钢材进行加固,不利于环保节材,并且其加固长度不易调节,无法根据不同宽度的桥体加固使用的问题,包括桥板结构层;所述桥板结构层底端设有加固梁板,且加固梁板底部设有支撑座;所述加固梁板下方设有三处碳纤维板。本发明中滑块能够在安装轨内进行位置调节,利用限位孔和限位螺栓进行定位,因此满足不同桥梁的加固使用,结构更加合理。
