Jacking grouting process
The invention discloses a jacking grouting process. The jacking grouting process comprises the following steps that 1, the settlement amount of a building is judged; 2, the pile is pre-planted through a pre-pressing pile planting machine or a pre-hole-forming pile planting mode; 3, whether the bottom of the pre-planted pile reaches a bearing stratum or not is verified, and the pre-planted pile is fixed to the beam through the top; 4, the distance needing to be jacked by the building is judged according to the settlement amount; 5, the building is controlled to ascend to the jacking height and stand still for 12-24 hours; and 6, after standing, the building is adjusted to meet the specified requirement, and then grouting and hole sealing are conducted. The ascending jacking height of the building is controlled, the building is kept still for 12-24 hours, the sinking distance of the building is judged, the grouting pressure in the later period and the proportion of grouting cement ash are controlled, the factors such as overlarge project amount and grouting material waste are reduced, meanwhile, the building is driven by the jacking device to ascend, and the phenomena that a single grouting mode causes no rigid support, and the effect does not reach the expectation or sedimentation is repeated are reduced.
本发明一种顶升注浆工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一:判断建筑物的沉降量;步骤二:通过预压植桩机或预成孔植桩的方式进行预植桩;步骤三:验证预植桩底部是否到达持力层并通过顶部与梁固定;步骤四:根据沉降量判断建筑物需要顶升的距离;步骤五:控制建筑物上行至顶升高度并静止12‑24小时;步骤六:静止后调节建筑物达到规定要求后进行注浆封孔。通过控制建筑物上行顶升高度并静止12‑24小时判断建筑物下沉距离控制后期注浆压力以及注浆水泥灰的配比,减小造成工程量过大.注浆料浪费等因素,同时通过顶升装置带动建筑物上行,减小单一注浆方式导致没有刚性支撑且使得效果不达预期或沉降反复的现象出现。
