Jacking Grouting Method by using multi ports
The present invention relates to a road repairing method. The present invention is provided to fill an opening or raise a subsided road or structure by injecting a grouting material into a rubble stone layer or in the ground using a plurality of injection holes. The present invention can prevent damages to a road or a structure by a concentrated load while repairing the road or the structure by widening an area, to which a load is applied, by simultaneously injecting grouting material into a desired place through the plurality of injection holes, and inject a soft grouting material with accurate pressure control and uniform mixing in a short period of time, and minimize a construction period required for repairing a road or a structure in safety.
본 발명은 도로보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 잡석층이나 지반에 복수의 주입공을 이용하여 동시에 그라우트재를 주입하여 하부의 공극을 채우거나 침하된 도로나 구조물을 들어올리는 것입니다. 본 발명에 의하면 도로나 구조물의 하부에 복수의 주입공을 동시에 주입하여 부하를 받는 면적을 넓게하여 도로나 구조물이 보수되는 과정에서 집중된 부하로 인하여 도로나 구조물이 파손되는 현상이 방지되고 단수의 주입공을 사용시 그라우트재의 경화 등으로 전체적인 고르고 안정적인 그라우팅이 어려웠으나 복수의 주입공을 통하여 많은 그라우트재를 동시에 원하는 부위 전체에 원하는 압력으로 한번에 주입할 수 있어 부드러운 그라우팅과 정확한 압력조절과 일정한 배합의 그라우트를 빠른 시간내 주입이 가능하여 도로나 구조물의 안전한 보수를 위하여 소요되는 공기를 최단기로 줄일수 있게 되는 이점이 있다.
