Large-tonnage basalt fiber anchor cable and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a large-tonnage basalt fiber anchor cable and a manufacturing method thereof. The large-tonnage basalt fiber anchor cable comprises a bearing plate and a plurality of anchor cable assemblies, wherein a plurality of anchor holes are formed in the bearing plate, and the anchor cable assemblies are installed on the anchor holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode; and each anchor cable assembly comprises a steel strand, an intermediate connector, a fiber rib and a tail sleeve, wherein one end of the intermediate connector is connected with the steel strand, the other end of the intermediate connector is connected with the fiber rib, and the end, away from the intermediate connector, of the fiber rib penetrates through the corresponding anchor hole and then is fixed to the tail sleeve. According to the large-tonnage basalt fiber anchor cable and the manufacturing method thereof, the basalt fiber ribs are in butt joint with the steel strands through the intermediate connectors, the steel strands serve as tensioning ends, the bottoms of the anchor cables are bonded and wrapped with the basalt fiber ribs by pouring steel glue into the tail sleeves, the tail sleeves are clamped on the anchor holes of the bearing plate, when the anchor cables are tensioned at the steel strand sections, the load applied by the outside is transmitted to the bearing plate through the tail steel sleeves, and then the anchoring effect is improved.
