Anchor cable with basalt fiber rib and monitoring system thereof
The invention discloses an anchor cable with a basalt fiber rib and a monitoring system thereof. The anchor cable comprises the basalt fiber rib, a first mounting piece and two hollow pipes; the two hollow pipes are arranged at two ends of the basalt fiber rib in a sleeving mode respectively and are bonded with the basalt fiber rib; one hollow pipe extends into an anchor hole and is close to the bottom of the anchor hole; the other hollow pipe is positioned at a hole opening of the anchor hole; a first mounting hole matched with the hollow pipe is formed in the first mounting piece; the firstmounting piece is arranged on the hollow pipe located at the hole opening of the anchor hole in a sleeving mode through the first mounting hole and is connected with the hollow pipe; the first mounting piece abuts against the surface of rock mass at the hole opening of the anchor hole; an anchoring section of the anchor hole is filled with adhesives; and a free section of the anchor hole is filledwith fillers. According to the anchor cable, the basalt fiber rib is used for replacing a traditional steel wire bundle or a steel strand, the anchoring capacity of the anchor cable is effectively improved, and the problem that the steel wire bundle or the steel strand is corroded in an underground water-rich environment is solved.
本发明公开一种玄武岩纤维筋的锚索及其监测系统,锚索包括玄武岩纤维筋、第一安装件和两个中空管,两个所述中空管分别套设在所述玄武岩纤维筋的两端并与所述玄武岩纤维筋粘接,一个中空管伸入锚孔内并靠近其孔底,另一个中空管位于所述锚孔的孔口处,第一安装件上设有与中空管相匹配的第一安装孔,第一安装件通过所述第一安装孔套设在位于所述锚孔孔口处的中空管上并与其连接,所述第一安装件与锚孔孔口的岩体表面相抵,且所述锚孔的锚固段内填充有粘接剂,所述锚孔的自由段内填充有填充物。本发明所述锚索利用玄武岩纤维筋代替传统的钢丝束或钢绞线,有效提升了锚索的锚固能力,避免了在地下富水环境下的钢丝束或钢绞线腐蚀问题。
