Method for erecting and disassembling scaffold for single-pile conical section
The invention relates to the technical field of wind power, in particular to a method for erecting and disassembling a scaffold for a single-pile conical section. The method comprises the following steps that S1, an erecting platform is manufactured according to a design drawing; S2, the erecting platform is transported to the position close to the completed conical section; S3, the conical section is hoisted to the erecting platform; S4, the scaffold is erected on the erecting platform till the inner wall face and the outer circumferential face of the conical section are covered and overlapped; S5, the conical section and the scaffold are used as a whole to be transported to a supporting platform of a sand shed for sanding operation; S6, the conical section and the scaffold which are subjected to sanding operation are used as a whole to be transported to a supporting platform of a coating shed to be subjected to coating operation; and S7, the conical section and the scaffold which are subjected to coating operation are taken as a whole to be transported out of the coating shed to be subjected to scaffold dismantling operation. The erecting and disassembling difficulty of the scaffold can be reduced, the erecting and disassembling efficiency is improved, and the construction period of a single pile is shortened.
