The invention discloses an anti-seepage wall structure based on water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction. The anti-seepage wall structure comprises a grouting curtain arranged underground and extending to bedrock, an anti-seepage inner wall is arranged at the top end of the grouting curtain, the top end of the anti-seepage inner wall extends to the upper part of the ground, supporting, reinforcing and guiding mechanisms which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the two sides, located underground, of the anti-seepage inner wall, and slope-shaped anti-seepage outer walls which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the two sides, located on the ground, of the anti-seepage inner wall. According to the anti-seepage wall structure, the grouting curtain is lapped below the anti-seepage inner wall, in this way, the whole vertical anti-seepage system is jointly formed by the anti-seepage inner wall and the grouting curtain on the lower portion, so that the anti-seepage performance and reliability of the structure are greatly improved, the anti-seepage outer wall is arranged to be of a slope-shaped structure, and the phenomenon that water drops gather on the surface of the anti-seepage outer wall can be avoided.
