The invention discloses a water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction anti-seepage structure which comprises an anti-seepage structure, the anti-seepage structure comprises a first anti-seepage wall, the first anti-seepage wall is arranged underground, the first anti-seepage wall extends into a dam body above the ground, an anti-seepage layer is arranged in the dam body, the anti-seepage layer is fixedly connected with a second anti-seepage wall, and the second anti-seepage wall is fixedly connected with the first anti-seepage wall. The second diaphragm wall extends into the ground; the anti-seepage dam further comprises a reinforcing structure, the reinforcing structure comprises two resistance plates which are arranged in parallel, the resistance plates are parallel to the dam body, the two resistance plates are fixedly connected through a connecting plate, the resistance plates are located under the ground, the resistance plates stretch into the dam body, and the resistance plates are located on the upstream of the first anti-seepage wall. Erosion to the dam body is reduced through the anti-seepage layer, the second anti-seepage wall and the first anti-seepage wall, and therefore risks are reduced.
