The problems that existing keels cannot be adjusted after being installed, the surfaces of all the keels are not located on the same plane easily, then sound insulation plates are misplaced in installation, and the installation quality of the sound insulation plates is affected are solved. By improvement and optimization of the keel structure for installation of the sound insulation plates, the keel mounting structure can be adjusted according to using requirements, the using flexibility of the keels is effectively improved, and meanwhile the keel structure of the structure can have a certain buffering effect.
