The invention discloses a multifunctional splicing type material for a building. The multifunctional splicing type material comprises an inner side reinforcing plate, an outer side reinforcing plate and a core plate, wherein a first connecting bolt is fixed on the side edge of the inner side reinforcing plate; a second connecting bolt is fixed on the side edge of the outer side reinforcing plate; the core plate is clamped between the inner side reinforcing plate and the outer side reinforcing plate; one outer side of the core plate, the inner side reinforcing plate and the outer side reinforcing plate define a splicing groove; and the other outer side of the core plate laterally extends out of the inner side reinforcing plate and the outer side reinforcing plate to form a splicing part. Firstly, the splicing groove and the splicing part are formed, and the first connecting bolt and the second connecting bolt are arranged in a matched mode, so that the product is very simple and convenient to dismount, mount and splice, and is stable in connection; and secondly, a sound-insulating and heat-preserving layer is clamped between an inner side fireproof layer and an outer layer fireproof layer, and the sound-insulating and heat-preserving layer consists of a main body layer, inner sound-insulating felt, sound-insulating cotton and outer sound-insulating felt, so that the product has very good heat-insulating, heat-preserving, fireproof and sound-insulating effects, and is good in using performance.
