Prefabricated assembly type building splicing plate and splicing method thereof
The prefabricated assembly type building splicing plate comprises a plate body and limiting assemblies, rectangular cavities are formed in the middle of the top face of the plate body and the upper side and the lower side of the right side face of the plate body correspondingly, a bidirectional lead screw is arranged in each rectangular cavity, and limiting through holes are formed in the two ends of each rectangular cavity correspondingly; a pair of limiting plates is arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the bottom face and the left side face of each plate, each limiting plate is installed in the limiting through hole of the other plate in a matched mode, and the two-way lead screw is connected with the limiting plate on the other plate through a limiting assembly; positioning grooves are formed in one side of the top face and the middle and lower ends of the right side face of each plate, positioning plates are arranged at one side of the bottom face and the middle and lower ends of the left side face of each plate, and each positioning plate is inserted into the positioning groove of the other plate in a matched mode. The problem that the plates are inconvenient to splice is solved, the whole plate is quickly spliced in an edge clamping and locking mode, and the stability of the plate during installation is effectively improved.
本发明公开了预制装配式建筑拼接板材及其拼接方法,包括板材、限位组件,板材的顶面中部及右侧面上下两侧均开设有矩形空腔,每个矩形空腔内均设有双向丝杠,且每个矩形空腔的两端部均开设有限位通孔,板材的底面及左侧面上下两侧均设有一对限位板,每块限位板均配合安装在另一块板材的限位通孔内,双向丝杠通过限位组件与另一块板材上的限位板连接;板材的顶面一侧及右侧面上中下三端均开设有定位槽,板材的底面一侧及左侧面上中下三端均设有定位板,每块定位板均配合插设在另一块板材的定位槽内。本发明解决了板材拼接不便的问题,整体采用边缘卡合锁紧的方式进行快速拼接,有效的提高了其安装时的稳定性。
