Reinforced concrete cantilever type stair reinforcing structure and reinforcing method of multi-layer masonry house
The invention relates to a reinforced concrete cantilever type stair reinforcing structure and reinforcing method of a multi-layer masonry house. The reinforcing structure comprises reinforcing steel plates, two main steel beams, two secondary steel beams, and a plurality of connecting pieces; the reinforcing steel plates are flatly laid along the bottom of a stair folded plate and are fixed to the stair folded plate; one end of each main steel beam is embedded and fixed in a wall body; the other ends of the main steel beams are fixed on the steel columns; steel supports are welded and fixed between the steel columns; the two secondary steel beams are arranged in a left-right spaced mode and are installed below the stair folded plate; the upper ends and the lower ends of the secondary steel beams are correspondingly connected to the main steel beams respectively; the tops of the connecting pieces are attached to and fixed to the reinforcing steel plates; and the bottoms of the connecting pieces are fixedly connected to the secondary steel beams. Compared with a traditional reinforcing mode, the T-shaped connecting pieces are adopted for stably connecting the reinforcing steel plates fixed to the stair folded plate and the secondary steel beams, so that the load on the stair folded plate can be effectively transmitted to the secondary steel beams, and therefore the bearing capacity and safety of stairs are improved.
本发明涉及一种多层砌体房屋的钢筋混凝土悬臂式楼梯及加固方法,上述加固结构包括加固钢板,加固钢板沿楼梯折板的底部平铺并固定于楼梯折板上;两根主钢梁,主钢梁的一端嵌设并固定于墙体中,主钢梁的另一端固定于钢柱上,钢柱间焊接固定有钢支撑;两根次钢梁,次钢梁呈左、右间隔设置,次钢梁安装于楼梯折板下方,且次钢梁的上、下两端分别对应连接于主钢梁上;以及多个连接件,连接件的顶部贴合并固定于加固钢板上,连接件的底部固定连接于次钢梁上。与传统加固方式相比,本发明中采用T形连接件将固定于楼梯折板上的加固钢板与次钢梁稳定连接,使得楼梯折板上的荷载可有效的传递给次钢梁,从而提高楼梯的承载力和安全性。
