Silo top formwork supporting device
The invention relates to a reinforced concrete silo, and particularly relates to a silo top formwork supporting device which is rapid in construction and high in economic efficiency. The silo top formwork supporting device comprises a silo, wherein supporting brackets are arranged on the inner wall of the silo at intervals; each supporting bracket is a supporting leg which is formed by combining three plates; the cross section of each supporting leg is in a right triangle shape; the horizontal plane of each supporting bracket faces upwards; a truss is arranged on each supporting bracket; each truss comprises a center cylinder outer cylinder, a center cylinder inner cylinder and a radiation steel beam; top rings are arranged at the tops of the center cylinder inner cylinders and the tops of the center cylinder outer cylinders; bottom rings are arranged at the bottoms of the center cylinder inner cylinders and the bottoms of the center cylinder outer cylinders; a center cylinder top radiation beam is arranged between every two top rings; center cylinder bottom radiation beams are arranged between every two bottom rings at intervals; one end of each radiation steel beam is connected with the top ring of the corresponding center cylinder outer cylinder; and a radiation steel beam middle inclined strut is arranged between the middle of each radiation steel beam and the bottom ring of the corresponding center cylinder outer cylinder. According to the silo top formwork supporting device, the trusses are supported through the supporting brackets, then construction of the silo top is carried out, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及钢筋混凝土筒仓,具体是一种施工快捷、经济性强的筒仓仓顶模板支撑装置。包括筒仓,筒仓的内壁上间隔设有支撑牛腿,支撑牛腿为由三块板组合而成的横截面为直角三角形的支腿,支撑牛腿的水平面面向上方,支撑牛腿上设有桁架,桁架包括中心筒外筒、中心筒内筒和辐射钢梁,中心筒内筒和中心筒外筒的顶部均设有顶圈,中心筒内筒和中心筒外筒的底部均设有底圈,两个顶圈之间设有中心筒顶部辐射梁,两个底圈之间间隔设有中心筒底部辐射梁,辐射钢梁一端均与中心筒外筒的顶圈连接,辐射钢梁中部与中心筒外筒的底圈之间均设有辐射钢梁中部斜撑。本发明通过支撑牛腿将桁架支撑起来,再进行筒仓仓顶的施工,缩短工期。
