The invention discloses an independent double-series tower structure for crossing a 220KV strain tower, which comprises two parallel connecting strings arranged at intervals and a yoke plate, and each connecting string comprises a socket hanging plate, an insulator string, a ball hanging ring, a second parallel hanging plate, a traction plate, a PT adjusting plate, a first parallel hanging plate, a first adjusting plate , a second U-shaped hanging ring and a first U-shaped hanging ring which are sequentially connected from one side of the yoke plate; and a right-angle hanging plate, a second adjusting plate, a third U-shaped hanging ring and a strain clamp which are sequentially connected from the other opposite side of the yoke plate. The double-connecting double-hanging-point use requirement is met, the insulator string and an iron tower cross arm are provided with two reliable connecting points, and the two strain insulator strings are of an independent structure, so that even if one hanging point (or one strain insulator string) is damaged, reliable connecting between the strain insulator string and the iron tower can be guaranteed, namely, the single-connecting strength meets the stress requirement in the normal operation state. The connecting tower structure is good in stability, high in safety and adjustable in length, and can be widely applied to three-span lines.
本发明公开了一种220千伏耐张塔跨越用独立双串联塔结构,包括两个平行间隔设置的连接串、联板,连接串包括自联板一侧依次连接的碗头挂板、绝缘子串、球头挂环、平行挂板二、牵引板、PT调整板、平行挂板一、调整板一、U型挂环二、U型挂环一,以及自联板相对另一侧依次连接的直角挂板、调整板二、U型挂环三、耐张线夹。本发明满足双联双挂点使用要求,绝缘子串与铁塔横担设有两个可靠连接点,且耐张串两联为独立结构,因此即使一个挂点(或一联)出现损坏,也能保证耐张绝缘子串与铁塔的可靠连接,即单联强度满足正常运行状态下的受力要求。此种联塔结构稳定性好,安全性高,并且长度可调,可广泛应用于“三跨”线路。
