The invention discloses a waterproof motor lock, which comprises a mounting bottom plate, a lock shell, a driving motor, a battery box, a buckling box and a box plate, wherein the mounting bottom plate is buckled with the lock shell in a matched mode, the driving motor is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the mounting bottom plate, and the battery box is mounted at one end of the side wall of the mounting bottom plate. When the waterproof battery box is used, the waterproof function of the battery can be achieved, the poking rod is driven by the motor or driven by the knob to rotate, and when the knob is rotated, the transmission gear cannot rotate along with the connecting rod due to the fact that the transmission gear is rotatably arranged on the connecting rod in a sleeving mode.
